Comfortable stay in Hyatt centric dehradun . Everything was good during are stay . Love to eat aloo ki sabji with kuttu ki roti . Thanks too Manpreet attending very well during breakfast or dinner . In room service thanks to returaj taking care of our food at lunch time . Front desk retu nice attending always positive attitude .

They are using cheap plastic cutlery in restaurant. Water filter is broken and water looks unclean in it. Wash basin area in restaurant is unclean. Keeping soap cake instead of liquid. Not providing sealed water bottle in rooms even to guests who have booked with food. Reception phone not working. We got really cheated by online pics. Please avoid this property

hotel was having construction ond renovation activity and they didnt inform us. we booked a hotel in mcleodgunj and they inform us that their is renovation going on so we didnt opted that hotel. either give the good discount and inform passengers. Their reception was also not welcoming. lift is like a utility lift always busy with catering. hotel is not very clean. no complimentary bottles.area around is also not very nice. high priced. bad food and most pathetic tea ever. will not repeat my stay.

We stayed here for two nights - on our way to Har Ki Dun Ruinsara Tal trek and when we came back. Good location. However, not well maintained. Rooms were not very clean. We had dinner one night. Food was pretty ordinary. Support staff response was average.

I stayed with my family for two days and we’re impressed by the professionalism of staff. COVID protocol was strictly followed and the rooms are equipped with all amenities. Food was excellent and will definitely recommend to friends and family
